Living abroad I have numerous Italian friends and regularly frequent Italian Restaurants. I find that the most of the Italian Chain restaurants I visit in England lack character, atmosphere, authentic food and a good selection of Italian wine. However, Sapori is different, it has all of the aforementioned and an efficient and friendly service too. Run by an Italian/English family it is without doubt the best Italian I have visited in England and I visit every time I go home. Worth a visit. Booking is strongly advised.

Booked a meal for our girls night out but then read reviews and not sure what to expect. What we had was a fantastic night, the menu was varied and the specials tempting but the friendly staff gave great advise when asked and our meals were delicious and beautifully cooked. Ignore the review that said the portions were small because it was perfect. I have to truly say you must try their lemon meringue! Yes it is busy pub, but the service was great and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Well done to all and thanks for a great night and I will definitely recommend this great place and I for one will be going again!
A lovely bar and restaurant. We just had the quick sandwich menu but the steak sanwich was gorgeous done exactly to call. A lovely open airy restaurant. Kids were well looked after from the kids menu.
